RFP-2025-A-001 Administration Building Design & Engineering Services

The Pueblo West Metropolitan District is seeking a qualified Design and Engineering Consultant to design an administration building approximately 7,000 square feet, including a board room, executive conference room, reception area, break room, IT server room, mechanical room, janitor closet, individual offices, shared offices, and a touch-down space. The project also includes parking lot design, detention/water quality pond(s), and general site development. The consultant will be responsible for providing a completed design package, construction administration, and field engineering services. The project delivery method will be Design Bid Build. • The administration building will be approximately 7,000 square feet. • The building will include a 2000 sq. ft board room, executive conference room, reception area, break room, IT server room, mechanical room, janitor closet, 8 individual offices, 2 shared offices, and a 4-plex touch-down space. • The project includes parking lot design, detention/water quality pond(s), and general site development. • The consultant will provide a completed design package, construction administration, and field engineering services. • The project delivery method will be Design Bid Build.
