Description
The City of Brunswick is seeking a contractor to provide full-service landscape and grounds maintenance for several improved park areas and city buildings along the Newcastle Street corridor. The services will include mowing, trimming, blowing, mulching, fertilization, removal of debris, irrigation maintenance, pruning, and other tasks to keep the parks in superior condition. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the parks on a weekly basis, with less frequent maintenance during the winter months. The contract will be for an initial term of 12 months, with the option to renew for up to two additional terms. The City of Brunswick is seeking a contractor that can provide high-quality services, has a good reputation, and can meet the requirements outlined in the RFP.
