Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide 3 forklift ramps in accordance with the attached Salient Characteristics. The contractor must provide product data sheets and technical description of the products. The ramps must be compatible with standard warehouse forklifts and have a height range of 32-56 inches. The contractor is responsible for all shipping, handling, and delivery of the ramps to the specified address in Puerto Rico.
• The contractor must provide a raising mechanism and ensure the ramp is portable, with wheels being preferable but not required.
• The contractor must coordinate all shipping and delivery methods, including potentially subcontracting delivery services on Puerto Rico.
• The contractor must fill out blocks 15a, 15b, and 15c and provide a copy with their proposal.
