MITC 109 - Student Wellness Center Renovation | Design-Build

The University of Louisville seeks a qualified Design‑Build Contractor to completely redesign and renovate approximately 20,000 sq ft of Suite 109 in the Miller Information Technology Center, creating a centralized Student Wellness Center that co‑locates Campus Health, Counseling, Recreation, and related support services.
