The State of Missouri’s Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing is seeking proposals to provide a turnkey walk‑through weapons detection system (WDS) with an integrated X‑ray scanner for the Missouri Capitol Police. Vendors may elect to either purchase the system (including a one‑year maintenance agreement and warranty) or enter a multi‑year lease that includes all maintenance and repairs. The scope covers supply, installation, configuration, calibration, testing, training, ongoing maintenance, and a 24/7 support hotline. Required equipment includes a single‑lane detection portal and an X‑ray component to be installed at the State Capitol’s south entrance, garage entrance, and optionally the Governor’s Mansion.
