Description
The City of Mableton, Georgia, is seeking a multidisciplinary consulting team to prepare a Comprehensive Redevelopment Plan, including all analyses and documentation necessary to support the creation of one or more Tax Allocation Districts (TADs). The plan should establish a clear vision for reinvestment, support economic development, enhance urban design, and provide the technical, financial, and legal framework required for TAD designation, adoption, and implementation. The selected firm will provide professional services, including existing conditions and eligibility analysis, market and economic feasibility analysis, TAD-compliant redevelopment plan, urban design and planning framework, and financial projections and increment analysis. The project duration is approximately 7 months.
