Description
The Secretary of War's Strategic Thinkers Program (STP) is a master's degree granting program that provides graduate-level education for mid-career military officers and government civilians. The program requires a 12-month master's degree program, all personnel, equipment, supplies, books, facilities, and services. The contractor must demonstrate institutional accreditation and program capability, provide a facility located within 20 miles of the Pentagon, and meet cybersecurity maturity model certification requirements. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a base period and three 12-month option periods.
