Sanibel/Punta Rassa Articulated Block Mat Install CDBG-DR

The Lee County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a qualified contractor to install articulated concrete block mat (ABM) shoreline stabilization at the Punta Rassa/Sanibel boat ramp area. The project includes site preparation, placement of geotextile fabric and aggregate base, installation and anchoring of open-cell articulated block mats, and construction of associated concrete elements. The project is funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. • The project requires compliance with Federal Grant Requirements, 2 CFR part 200 and 24 CFR part 570. • The contractor must provide all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills, and incidentals required for the project. • The contractor must also implement erosion and sediment control measures and restore disturbed areas. • The project has a deadline for submission of bids, and the contractor must submit their bid in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the solicitation documents.
