NOTICE: Intent to Award Sole Source ? VIAVI SOLUTIONS INC. ? for TM500 and TeraVM software license renewals

The Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to VIAVI SOLUTIONS INC. for the purchase of TM500 and TeraVM software license renewals. The requirement includes three items: TM500 Support, TeraVM Support, and TB/MTS-5800 Support. • The TM500 Support includes annual hardware and software support renewals for TM500-5G and TM500-ORU-TEST. • The TeraVM Support includes annual hardware and software support renewals for TeraVM Core Emulator, TeraVM Classic, TeraVM RDA, and TeraVM RIC-TEST. • The TB/MTS-5800 Support includes a FleetCare Renewal Agreement for calibration and extended warranty. This notice of intent is not a request for quote, and the Government may not consider responses to this notice.
