Description
The Town of Wilbraham is seeking bids for the 2026 Water Pump Stations Mechanical Service Contract. The contract includes pump station upgrades, troubleshooting, and repairs. The contractor must provide a service technician with 10+ years of experience and comply with all state, federal, and local regulations, including OSHA. The contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified, responsive, and responsible bidder based on straight-time labor cost.
• The contract is for one year, with the option to extend for up to two additional 12-month periods.
• The contractor must maintain an emergency repair and telephone callback service available 24/7.
• The contractor must provide a service technician with 10+ years of experience.
• The contractor must comply with all state, federal, and local regulations, including OSHA.
• The contractor must provide a one-year warranty for all work and parts.
