Description
The County of Kenosha, Wisconsin is seeking proposals for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech & Language Pathology Service operation at Brookside Care Center. The provider will be responsible for providing therapy services, management services, and education to residents, staff, and administration.
