Bean Business Park Stormwater Improvements

The Town of Northfield seeks to retain the services of a general contractor for the construction of a stormwater Best Management Practice (BMP) at the Bean Business Park. The project involves the installation of 16 ADS StormTech SC-800 chambers in an existing retention basin. A pre-bid meeting and site visit are scheduled for May 1, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for completing the project by August 21, 2026.
