Ochsner St. Mary AHU Replacements

The project involves the replacement of eight existing air handling units (AHUs) at Ochsner St. Mary Hospital. All associated ductwork, piping, and electrical systems must be modified to accommodate the new units, and direct digital controls will be extended and integrated into the building automation system. The contractor must hold a Louisiana mechanical contractor’s license and provide required bid and performance bonds. • Replace 8 existing AHUs with new, energy‑efficient units. • Modify ductwork, piping, and electrical infrastructure as needed. • Extend and integrate digital controls into the building automation system. • Provide 5 % bid bond and 100 % performance/payment bond; submit an executed affidavit before award.
