Description
The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is seeking a contractor to install an incinerator at their facility. The incinerator must have a minimum batch load capacity of 400 lbs and a minimum 12 cu. ft. chamber volume. The contractor must also provide all necessary equipment for installation and connection of power and control circuits. The project includes pouring a 12 ft x 14 ft concrete pad, although this is not required for the bid. The contractor must also provide a complete system startup and testing of equipment, including a full power fail simulation.
• Installation and connection of all power and control circuits from incinerator to power/gas source
• Must have all necessary equipment to place incinerator on concrete pad and anchoring to slab
• Pouring 12 ft x 14 ft concrete pad is preferred but not required for bid
• All excavation needed for pad and buried electrical/gas conduits, should you include a pad in your bid
• Minimum batch load capacity of 400 lbs
• Minimum 12 cu. ft. chamber volume
• No visible emissions or odors
• Timer control system for burners
• Natural gas connection is required
• Will include complete system startup and testing of equipment, including full power fail simulation upon completion of project
• All shipping and delivery costs will be included in this bid
