Copper Pipe

The City of Phoenix is seeking bids for the provision of copper pipe on an "as-needed" basis. The contractor will be required to furnish, package, and deliver copper piping to the City's Water Services Department facilities. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with no options to extend. The City reserves the right to add, change, or delete quantities or items as circumstances may require. • The contractor must provide copper pipe that meets the requirements of ASTM B88, Type K. • The contractor must package and palletize the copper pipe in accordance with the specifications. • The contractor must deliver the copper pipe to the designated City facility. • The City reserves the right to inspect the materials upon delivery and reject any non-compliant or defective materials. • The contractor must correct, replace, or remove and resubmit compliant materials at no additional cost to the City.
