MEAD VALLEY WELLNESS VILLAGE CRISIS RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT SERVICES

The County of Riverside is seeking proposals from licensed residential care providers to operate a Crisis Residential Treatment Program at the Mead Valley Wellness Village. The program will provide services to adult residents of Riverside County who are experiencing acute psychiatric episodes with or without co-occurring disorders. The services will be provided 24/7, with a maximum stay of 14 days, and will include assessment, community functioning evaluation, counseling, peer support, and case management. The goal of the program is to stabilize consumers in acute crises and eliminate or shorten the need for inpatient hospitalization. • The program will serve a maximum of 16 residential beds • Services will be provided by a team of professionals, including counselors, case managers, and peer support specialists • The program will be operated in a county-leased facility located at the Mead Valley Wellness Village • The facility is projected to be operational by January 1, 2027 • The program will be funded by the County of Riverside, and the contractor will be responsible for managing the budget and ensuring that services are provided within the allocated funds.
