Professional Service - Surveying

The City of Jonesboro is seeking surveying firms to provide professional services for projects under $2,000,000 construction costs in 2026. The selected firm will be required to submit statements of qualifications and performance data, including proof of professional license, liability insurance, and worker's compensation insurance. The firm should also provide information on their experience, education, and training, as well as a list of substantial projects completed in the previous two years. Key requirements include: • A copy of a professional license for each licensed person • Proof of professional liability insurance • Proof of Worker’s compensation insurance • Number of associates and their duties and qualifications • A current biography on each licensed professional • A current list of all substantial projects over the previous two years • The location of the Professional Service Provider’s home office and professional license holders
