JPMC Chicago Metro Presort Mail

The State of Illinois, Central Management Services (CMS), is seeking bids for Chicago Metro Presort Mail Services. The successful bidder will provide presort mail services, including metering of First-Class letter sized mail at the then current Mixed AADC rate set by the United States Postal Service. The contract term is approximately 5 years, from January 6, 2025, to January 5, 2030. • The bidder must enter the presort rate per piece of First-Class flat sized mail and the presort rate per piece of First-Class letter sized mail. • The bidder must also pay a rebate to the State per piece of mail, with First-Class flat sized mail presort costs deducted from this rebate. • The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements. • The bidder must provide all necessary documentation, including a signed contract and vendor disclosure forms.
