Description
The Fayette County Board of Education is seeking proposals for uniforms for the School Nutrition Program. The contract will commence on November 19, 2025, and terminate on June 30, 2026. The proposer will be responsible for providing uniforms that meet the specifications outlined in the RFP. The evaluation criteria include the lowest purchase price, local proximity, lead time for orders, references, and added value.
• The RFP includes a detailed description of the scope of work, terms and conditions, and evaluation criteria.
• The proposer must submit a sealed proposal to the School Nutrition Program office by the deadline.
• The contract may be extended or renewed based on mutual agreement between the parties.
• The SFA reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to waive minor irregularities.
• The proposer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Buy American Act.
