Request for Proposals - Sankey Park Phase lll Construction

The City of Sweet Home is seeking proposals from qualified firms to complete the Sankey Park Phase lll Construction project. The project includes the construction of a 600-foot sidewalk, approximately 855 feet of hard surfaced trails, and 720 feet of soft surface trails, as well as the extension of an existing trail to provide water access. The project also includes the installation of additional lighting, security cameras, park benches, amphitheater seating, and vegetation removal. The selected firm will be responsible for completing the project within the specified timeline and budget.
