Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and operations services for the Andover/Schneider Electric EcoStruxure automation equipment and other HVAC services at the Omaha VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive verification of all control connections, sensors, and actuators for each Air Handling Unit (AHU) and Rooftop Unit (RTU), ensuring all control components operate correctly and are properly calibrated. The contractor will also provide a monthly update documenting all work performed, including findings, adjustments, and corrective actions taken. The contract will be for a base year with four option years.
