This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to rehabilitate a single 1970‑built residence (Unit 12637) in Muskogee County, Oklahoma. The scope includes demolition, carpentry, drywall installation and finishing, flooring replacement, plumbing repairs, and compliance with asbestos‑containing material (ACM) safety requirements.
