Educator Certification Solution

The Florida Department of Education is seeking information from qualified vendors to transition their commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) educator certification solution to a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) or vendor-managed solution. The new solution should provide configurable role-based security, integration with the Department's Azure AD token-based single sign-on solution, and an initial front-end consistent with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. The solution should also provide applicant status lookup, automated software application for customer service, certification lookup for the public, and document management functionality.
