Description
The City of Vista is seeking a qualified engineering firm or team to provide professional services for the design and construction of two traffic signals. The services required include design surveying, underground utility survey, geotechnical investigation, engineering, electrical design, roadway design, striping, construction staking, construction material testing, and construction support. The project involves two locations: N. Santa Fe Avenue & Angeles Vista Drive and S. Santa Fe Avenue & Santa Anita Drive.
* The proposal should demonstrate an understanding of the project requirements and a reasonable schedule for the work.
* The evaluation criteria include project understanding, responsiveness to client's needs, firm's experience with similar projects, staff and project experience, and quality of work product.
* The proposal should include a complete proposal, fee proposal, and W-9.
* The city expects to award the contract on October 27, 2026, and the notice to proceed is expected in November 2026.
