The University of North Dakota is seeking bids for the installation of a new underground 12.47kV electrical distribution system. The project includes the installation of duct banks, conduit, and the removal of existing utilities. The contractor must coordinate all outages with the University, maintain site safety, and keep building access open throughout construction.
