Description
The National Park Service (NPS) at Lassen Volcanic National Park (LAVO) intends to award a firm fixed-price noncompetitive purchase order to Waste Connections of California, Inc. for 12 months of Solid Waste and Recycling Services, with an option for up to 4 additional years. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested vendors can submit contact information for future related requirements. The procurement is being issued in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures; Other than Full and Open Competition (FAR Parts 13 and 6.302-1).
