The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential contractors for an IBM Mainframe as a Service (MFaaS) solution. The solution should include all hardware support, software support, and labor. The VA is looking for a contractor that can provide a complete MFaaS solution, including mainframe hosting, software support, and labor. The contractor will be responsible for providing all needed hardware, subscription-based software, and software maintenance for VA-owned perpetual licenses.
