RFQ# 26-0120 ADA Transition Plan Update

The Town of Holly Springs is seeking a qualified and experienced accessibility consulting firm to update the Town’s ADA Transition Plan. The plan outlines the removal of identified accessibility barriers and establishes a budget and implementation schedule for completing required improvements. The selected consultant will be responsible for reviewing the existing plan, assessing progress, and incorporating current and applicable federal and state codes, regulations, and statutory requirements. The consultant will also conduct an accessibility audit of Town facilities, assist in identifying areas for inclusion in the plan, and provide guidance and recommendations for compliance. • The project includes reviewing the existing ADA Transition Plan and assessing progress toward completion. • The consultant will conduct an accessibility audit of Town facilities, including municipal buildings, parks, and greenways. • The consultant will assist Town staff in identifying areas for inclusion in the plan and evaluating those areas for compliance with applicable federal accessibility standards. • The consultant will provide guidance and recommendations for compliance, prepare cost estimates, and outline prioritized next steps needed to fulfill goals and update the current ADA Transition Plan.
