Request for Information: Window Cleaning Services - 412 TENG (Bldg 2710)

The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Test Center (AFTC) is seeking capable sources for window cleaning services at Building 2710 for the 412 TENG. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and supervision to clean interior and exterior windows on a biannual basis. The windows include approximately 4,072 sq ft of exterior glass, 956 sq ft of common area/atrium glass, and 196 sq ft of specialized interior glass. The contractor must be California-licensed, have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial window cleaning, and comply with AFOSHA safety requirements. Some key points to consider: • The contractor must provide all equipment, including ladders, scaffolding, and lifts, to clean high-reach windows in the atrium. • The contractor must use 30 SW approved cleaning materials. • The contractor must comply with base environmental/chemical approval processes. • The contract will be scheduled on a biannual basis or based on a mutually agreed-upon schedule. • The contractor must provide a brief capability statement and a quote as part of the response.
