Description
The East Ramapo Central School District is seeking a qualified provider to deliver comprehensive, school‑based physical therapy services to K‑12 students with disabilities across both public and non‑public schools. The contractor must supply licensed therapists who can administer individual, group, and consultative PT sessions, conduct evaluations, produce progress reports, attend CSE meetings, and handle Medicaid billing and IEP data entry. Services are required during regular school hours with a minimum of three hours of therapist presence per day at each assigned site, and the provider must manage travel, record‑keeping, and compliance with insurance and fingerprint clearance requirements.
• Provide licensed PT services (individual, group, consultative) aligned with each student’s IEP.
• Attend CSE meetings, submit evaluation reports, and manage Medicaid billing via the District’s Kinney system.
• Maintain accurate records, submit invoices within 30 days, and ensure all therapists have NY State PT licenses, fingerprint clearance, and required insurance.
• Contract runs up to four years (initial term to 30 June 2027 with three optional one‑year renewals).
• Bids due electronically by 30 Oct 2026; questions due by 27 Oct 2026.
