Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Order to H3D Inc.

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to H3D Inc. for one CZT Detection Module Package. The Government believes that H3D Inc. is the only source capable of meeting its requirement. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. • The applicable NAICS Code is 334519, Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing. • The size standard is 600 employees. • All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM). • The Government intends to negotiate solely with H3D Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).
