FY26 HSC Bayport Flare Dredging

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District, is seeking information from industry for the FY26 Houston Ship Channel – Bayport Flare Dredging project. The project involves hopper dredging of the Houston Ship Channel, Bayport Flare, and adjacent main stem, with material hauled to the Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site (ODMDS). The contractor should have experience in completing similar work, including hopper dredging deep draft navigation channels, and producing at least 20,000 CY per day utilizing a hopper trailing suction dredge. The completion time of the work is 100 calendar days. The estimated construction price range for this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. • The project requires compliance with the USACE Safety and Health Requirements Manual (EM 385-1-1) and all Federal, State, and local laws, ordinances, codes, and/or regulations. • The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 237990, with a small business size standard of $37 million. • The Product Service Code is Z1KB. • Small Businesses are reminded of the limitations on subcontracting under FAR 52.219-14 (Deviation 2021-O0008). • Prior Government contract work is not required for submitting a response to this announcement. • Bonding Requirements: Performance and Payment Bonds are required within 5 calendar days after award, and the contractor shall begin work within 10 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
