The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Articulate 360 Teams Software Licenses. The required services to be provided are Articulate 360 Teams Software Licenses, which will be used to develop, update, and maintain interactive, regulation-based on-line training courses. The software supports scenario-based learning, controlled navigation, accessibility-compliant design, and stable Learning Management System (LMS) integration. • The contract will be for an initial term with options for renewal. • The contract value is estimated to be $70,000. • Bidders must submit a comprehensive response, including all required information and documentation. • The response must be received by HHSC prior to the response deadline. • HHSC reserves the right to modify the procurement schedule, cancel the IFB, or make changes to the contract.
