The State of West Virginia is issuing a centralized Request for Quote to replace end‑of‑life hardware in the Capitol Complex Data Center (Building 6000 Alpha). The contract covers the one‑time purchase, delivery, installation, configuration, training, and support of servers, storage arrays, networking switches, cabling, rack enclosures, and related services. All items must meet the specifications listed (Dell PowerEdge R770 servers, Dell PowerStore 1500, Fibre Channel switches, etc.) and vendors may submit equal or better alternate products. Bids are due by 1:30 PM on 20 Oct 2026; questions must be submitted by 3 PM on 9 Oct 2026. No pre‑bid meeting is required.
