Description
The Maryland School for the Deaf is seeking to purchase two APC Smart UPS and associated batteries and rail kits. The procurement is limited to Master Contractors who are awarded a contract under the Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services (HW) 2012 Master Contract. The solicitation is a 100% Small Business Reserve (SBR) procurement, and only vendors who are both on the Master Contract List and registered as an SBR will be eligible to bid.

• The purchase includes two APC Smart-UPS On-Line, SRT1500RMXL, with 1500VA, Rackmount 2U, A-NC, 120V, 6x 5-15R NEMA outlets, Network Card, Extended runtime, and W/ rail kit.
• The purchase also includes 16 APC Smart-UPS SRT 48V SRT48BP 1kVA 1.5kVA Battery Packs and 16 APC Smart-UPS RT 19" Rail Kits, SURTRK4.
• Bids must be submitted through the State's eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) e-Procurement system.
• The due date for bids has been extended to 5/21/2026 at 10:00 AM EST to allow time to update bids.
• The evaluation criteria include the lowest responsible bidder, bidder on Master Contractor List, and bidder is registered Certified Small Business.
