2026 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project - Manhattan, KS

The City of Manhattan is seeking qualified contractors to perform cured‑in‑place pipe (CIPP) or fold‑and‑form pipe lining on its sanitary sewer system. The work encompasses 14,547 linear feet of sewer pipe ranging from 8” to 12” diameter, to be completed by September 1, 2026. Bids are sealed and must be submitted by the bid deadline; all bidders must be pre‑qualified per the Information to Bidders. • Perform CIPP or Fold‑and‑Form lining on 8,885 LF of 8” pipe, 1,666 LF of 10” pipe, and 3,996 LF of 12” pipe. • Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and related services in accordance with the city’s design criteria and specifications. • Complete the entire rehabilitation within the stipulated time limit (by 9/1/26) and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local non‑discrimination and equal‑opportunity requirements.
