PSP NW Training Center Snow Removal Services

The Pennsylvania State Police is seeking bids for snow removal services at the Northwest Training Center in Meadville, PA. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials to perform snow removal and application of granular deicing material. The contract will be for a period of one year with four optional one-year renewals. The contractor must visit the site before bidding and take into consideration all conditions that would affect the bid price. • The contractor must provide a completed site visit form, cost matrix, worker protection and investment form, small business certification, and insurance certification with their bid. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and staff to perform the services in an efficient manner. • The contractor must register in the Snow Removal Service Log upon arrival and departure and provide quantities of material(s) applied. • The contractor must repair any damage to the parking lot surface, sidewalks, curbing, bumper blocks, and lawns under their insurance requirements.
