The Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC is seeking a quote for the purchase of AdvaPix TPX3 CdTe – 1000 μm, including PIXETPRO and a standard one-year full warranty. The quote should include the origin of manufacture, unique entity identifier, and a published price list. The supplier must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide a certificate of conformance. The purchase order will be subject to the terms and conditions of Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC.
• The supplier must provide a packing slip with every shipment and label the packages with the purchase order number.
• The supplier must comply with the quality assurance requirements of Brookhaven National Laboratory, including the use of a quality system certified to the ISO 9001 standard.
• The supplier must ensure that all shipments are properly packaged and labeled to prevent damage during transportation.
• The supplier must provide a certificate of conformance and a copy of the manufacturer's certificate for the lot number being supplied.
