RFQ for Farm Park Phase 2

The Town of Rolesville is seeking qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide design and engineering services for Phase 2 of The Farm Park. The scope includes design of four soccer fields, parking, a covered picnic shelter, utility systems (water, septic, electrical), drainage, irrigation, site furnishings, and ADA‑compliant infrastructure. The firm must deliver construction‑ready drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and permit packages, with the possibility of extending the contract to include bidding assistance and construction administration for future phases. Proposals (25 pages max) must be submitted in three hard copies and one electronic PDF by 3 p.m. on 20 Oct 2026. • Design of sports fields, parking lot, access loop, and picnic shelter • Complete utility design (water, sewer, storm drainage, electrical, communications) • Preparation of construction documents, cost estimates, permits, and bid packages • Coordination with local utilities, NCDOT, and town agencies • ADA‑compliant grading and site plans, landscaping, lighting, and site furnishings • Option to provide bidding services and construction administration for later phases
