Pacific Continental Midwest Grounds & Cemetery Equipment

The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA), is conducting market research to identify qualified small business concerns capable of supplying a variety of grounds maintenance and cemetery operations equipment to support the Pacific, Continental, and Midwest District National Cemeteries. The equipment includes tractors, plows, planters, flatbed trailers, dump trailers, excavators, loaders, forklifts, dumpers, and utility task vehicles. Vendors must demonstrate capability to provide new, unused, commercially available equipment only, and meet all OEM specifications. They must also be an authorized distributor, dealer, or reseller for the brands they propose, and provide manufacturer authorization letters upon request or prior to BPA award. • The VA is seeking potential sources to supply equipment for grounds maintenance and cemetery operations. • Vendors must provide OEM operator and maintenance manuals, safety documentation, and warranty registration support. • Vendors must confirm ability to deliver equipment to the Midwest Region, Continental Region, and Pacific Region. • Responses are encouraged from SDVOSB, VOSB, and all small businesses.
