General Structural Engineering Consultant Services for Existing Buildings, Facilities, Structures, Other Amenities and Proposed Construction Projects

The City of Laredo is seeking qualified firms to provide General Structural Engineering Consultant Services for existing buildings, facilities, structures, and proposed construction projects. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing design plans, specifications, and estimates. The contract will be for a two-year term with a possible two-year renewal, beginning October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2030. The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and award contracts based on specific tasks or funding availability. • The contract term is for 4 years, with a possible renewal. • The city is seeking firms with demonstrated competence and detailed credentials. • The selected firm will be responsible for preparing design plans, specifications, and estimates. • The contract will be awarded based on the firm's statement of qualifications and availability of funding. • The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
