Description
The Spring Independent School District is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified proposers to provide construction services for the Reynolds Elementary School Maintenance Improvement project. The project scope includes renovations of interior spaces and site improvements at Reynolds Elementary School. The estimated budget for this project is $9,500,000.00.
Key requirements for proposers include:
• Being an experienced contractor with a specific experience in education facilities construction projects of the same or similar type and size of this project
• Having a responsible safety record
• Possessing or being able to obtain adequate financial resources
• Being able to obtain payment and performance bonds
• Complying with all prevailing wage rate requirements
• Submitting all required proposal forms and documentation
Proposers must submit their proposals online through the Spring ISD eBid System by 1:30 P.M. (CST) on December 4, 2025.
