The Clark County Department of Aviation is seeking bids for the construction of a new Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) station at Harry Reid International Airport. The project includes the demolition of the existing ARFF building and the construction of a new facility, as well as miscellaneous site improvements. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. The project is subject to the requirements of 49 CFR Part 26, which pertains to the participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) in Department of Transportation-assisted contracts. • The project includes the construction of a new ARFF facility, demolition of the existing ARFF building, and miscellaneous site improvements. • The contractor must comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 and the Federal Labor Provisions. • The project is located at Harry Reid International Airport. • The contractor must furnish a performance bond for 100 percent of the contract price and a payment bond for 100 percent of the contract price. • The contractor must comply with the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements and the labor provisions.
