Description
The project involves maintenance dredging of the Port Everglades Harbor Federal navigation channel and berthing areas. The work will be divided into a Base (Federal) and Option A (Non-Federal) component. The dredged material will be disposed of in the Port Everglades Ocean Dredge Material Disposal Site (ODMDS). Additional work includes environmental and water quality monitoring. The project requires Coast Guard certified dredge vessels. The period of performance is 125 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
• The project is an unrestricted requirement, meaning that any eligible vendor can bid.
• The Target Price Range is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.
• The Small Business Standard is $37 million.
• The contractor shall commence work within 60 calendar days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
• The project plans and specifications will be available for review on the Sam.gov website.
