Description
The Columbus Recreation and Parks Department is seeking quotes for an hourly rate to service restrooms within two downtown Parks, Dorrian Green Park and Genoa Park. The restrooms have both men's and women's dedicated facilities, and supplies will be provided by the City of Columbus. The awarded vendor will complete a weekly inspection and provide a summarized report of the needed supplies for the following week. The service period is expected to be from 5/3/26 through 10/3/26, with an estimated total of 23 hours of service per week.
• Visit each restroom facility several times per day as scheduled with CRPD representative.
• Open and close restrooms as needed.
• Clean each facility as needed when onsite, including cleaning sinks, walls, toilets, and urinals, and restocking supplies.
• Provide a summary of needed supplies for the following week.
