Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide snow removal and lawn maintenance services for the Lansing Customer Service Center and DNR Warehouse. The contractor will be responsible for plowing snow, blowing/shoveling snow from sidewalks and entrances, applying de-icer to sidewalks and entrances, and maintaining the lawn. The contract is for a 3-year term with the option to renew for up to two additional 1-year periods.
• Key aspects of the job include:
• Snow removal and ice treatment
• Lawn mowing and maintenance
• Leaf removal and fall clean-up
• Sand application as needed
• De-icer application as needed
• Snow removal from roofs as needed
• Front-end loader, bucket truck, and dump truck services as needed
• Providing all necessary equipment and supplies
• Maintaining adequate parking spaces
• Providing service receipts for verification of work completed
