RFP 25-63 Indicative Pricing for Municipal Electric Energy Supply

The City of Evanston is seeking proposals from experienced firms for prequalified Alternative Retail Electric Suppliers (ARES) to supply full requirements electric service to the electricity accounts listed in Table 1 of the RFP. The scope of work includes providing electric energy supply to the city's accounts. The city's Sustainability & Resilience Division of the City Manager's Office is managing this project. • The RFP is available for download via DemandStar. • A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on December 4, 2025, to discuss the proposed work and answer questions related to the project. • Proposals will only be accepted electronically via E-bidding through DemandStar. • The city encourages all firms intending to submit a proposal to attend the pre-proposal meeting.
