Prof Svc for Pre-Construction, Estimating & Constr. Mgmt Svc- New Community Ctr

The County of Dutchess is seeking a qualified Construction Manager firm to provide pre-construction, estimating, and construction management services for a new community center building and site improvements. The project includes a construction budget of $25M and a building size of no more than 20,000 sq. ft. The selected firm will be responsible for providing services such as project familiarization, space plan and program development, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, construction management, and post-construction services. The firm will also be required to coordinate with the County's Architect and other stakeholders to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Key services include: • Pre-construction phase services • Construction management • Post-construction services • Coordination with the County's Architect and other stakeholders • Development of a construction schedule and budget • Management of subcontractors and sub-consultants • Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
