Description
The Lauderdale County Board of Supervisors is seeking bids for various term contracts for the Road Department, including corrugated metal pipe, concrete pipe, HDPE corrugated plastic pipes, gravel, stone, concrete, asphalt, micro surfacing, road striping, asphalt paving, professional tree cutting services, and professional contracting services. The contracts will be for a term period of February 1, 2026, through January 31, 2027. Bids will be evaluated based on price and other relevant factors. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids and waive informalities.
• The bid submission deadline is January 9, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
• Bids can be submitted electronically via Central Bidding or by mail/courier to the Purchasing Agent.
• The Board of Supervisors will select the most qualified bidder based on price and other relevant factors.
• The contract will be awarded pursuant to Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended.
