Description
The Indian Health Service is seeking sources for Dentrix Enterprise software annual maintenance and helpdesk fees. The contract will provide electronic dental record (EDR) annual maintenance and helpdesk support for various locations, including the Phoenix Indian Medical Center, Whiteriver Service Unit, and others. The period of performance will be for a base year and two one-year option periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing replacement options, software updates, and remote and telephone support during normal clinic hours.
• The contract will be set-aside exclusively for Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) or Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) to the maximum extent possible.
• The contractor must provide a capability statement that addresses their qualifications and ability to provide the requirement.
• The contractor must also provide a representation form to self-certify eligibility as an IEE or ISBEE.
• The contract will be paid through the US Treasury IPP platform.
